Delivery Policy

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from eMatters.com.au containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Tamex or Australia Post (Depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer) within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Remember you can always check the status of your order by logging in and clicking on "My Account" and then "Order Status".

Some large items such as Augers are required to be picked up by the customer. If you are not sure if you are required to pick some of the items of your order up or not. Please feel free to give us a ring or send us an email with your enquiry.
