Grainland Moree takes the transmission and privacy interests of our customers very seriously. We view our customer privacy is as one of our most significant responsibilities. As aware of our obligations we have adopted the following Transmission Statement and Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that we acquire in the course of our business:

Acquisition of Information

We do not acquire any more information than is required to by law or is otherwise essential to provide a high level of service to our customers. Grainland Moree does not collect Credit Card details. This service is done by EMatters.

Restriction of Data

Grainland Moree restricts all access to its Database where all confidential information is held. Only Grainland Moree Staff have access to this information.

Customer Sessions

Upon closing your web browser no "cookies" (information about the consumer) are stored. All Grainland Moree data sensitive web pages are not held in memory on the consumers computer. This means no one is able to browse through the history of the consumers computer and take personal information.

Our Employees and Privacy

We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy and security. We give access to consumer details only to those of our staff who need to know to perform their job.

Security Measures

We have taken many security measures in order to protect our customers information. Some are listed here below:

• A firewall blocking out unwanted requests to our server
• 256bit security string created at time of login and checked everytime sensitive data is viewed or manipulated
• Webpage sessions so as to remove all Grainland Moree cookies when the web browser is closed
• No cache is kept in the browser for Grainland Moree Webpages with sensitive information

Disclosure to Third Parties

We will provide individually indentifiable information about our consumers to Third Parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly empowered govermental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.

Privacy and Our Business Partners

When we make our technology or services available to business with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
